(P/N 301) Standard Hitch: 16,000 lb Gross Trailer Weight This hitch slides into your standard 2" (50mm) receiver tube and is secured by your 5/8" dia. hitch pin or lock. Main body is a single piece of hot formed 3/8" thick SAE 1045 steel. Latch plates are 4130 alloy steel.
(P/N 303) Adjustable Height Drop/Rise Bar Hitch: 6,000 lb Gross Trailer Weight This hitch bolts into the 1" dia. hole that had been used for a ball mounted on the standard 2-1/2" wide drop/rise bar that slides into a standard 2" square receiver tube. It can bolt on from either side but must be used with the slots facing up. Drop/Rise bar is not included.
Trailer Couplers:
(P/N 402) Channel Type Height Adjuster: 12,000 lb Gross Trailer Weight THIS UNIT CAN BE USED WITH A SURGE BRAKE. This coupler bolts into a standard 2-7/8" or 3" wide channel welded to a surge brake or directly to the trailer. (Channel not included)
(P/N 406) 50 Degree Coupling: 16,000 lb Gross Trailer Weight For use on horse trailers, campers or any trailer that uses a standard 50 degree A-frame. This unit is made from 3 x 3 x 1/4 angle iron.
(P/N 306) 50 Degree Coupling: 12,000 lb Gross Trailer Weight V-Bracket is made from 3/16" thick high strength weldable alloy steel and has mounting holes for a jack stand.
(P/N 410) Coupler on 2-1/2" OD x 2" ID Sq. Tube: 16,000 lb Gross Trailer Weight This coupler can slide over a 2" square tube or into a 3" square tube provided the wall thickness is less than 1/4" thick.
(P/N 302) 3" Adjustable Height Coupler: 6,000 lb Gross Trailer Weight This coupler bolts to a 3" wide trailer tongue. Two 1/2" dia. Grade 8 bolts on standard 3" spacing are used to secure this coupler to the trailer. Seven possible height adjustments from 4-3/4" above center to 4-1/2" below center.
Coupler without Rotation limiter 6000 lb Gross Trailer Weight The design and construction of part numbers 202, 204, 206, & 208 make them appropriate in size and weight for trailers pulled by cars, sport utility vehicles, and standard pick-up trucks. (P/N 202) Welds onto the end of a 2-1/2" or 3" sq. trailer tongue. (P/N 204) 3" wide channel bolts to a straight trailer tongue. (P/N 206) 2-9/16" wide channel bolts to straight trailer tongue. (P/N 208) 50 Degree Bracket.
Light Weight Couplers with Rotation Limiter: 2,000 lb Gross Trailer Weight This is a must for small campers, jet ski, and snowmobile trailers. This coupler is also used for lightweight trailers that are in danger of turning over due to SEVERE OFF-ROAD applications or from gusts of wind against an empty trailer. Rotation is limited to 45 degrees. The up and down motion and turning radius is not restricted. (P/N 102) Welds onto the end of a 2-1/2" or 3" sq. trailer tongue. (P/N 104) 3" wide channel bolts to straight trailer tongue. (P/N 106) 2-9/16" wide channel bolts to straight trailer tongue. (P/N 108) 50 Degree Bracket.
